Located in the centre of Lausanne, the Consultation Libellule is a multidisciplinary practice specialising in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of neurodiverse children/adolescents, in particular those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Our mission is to support families in the challenges they face on a daily basis and in building their children's future.
Our focus is on the patient's well-being, social integration, independence and education/training. Supporting parents, tailoring care to the needs of patients and their families, and working with schools, training centres and other stakeholders are central aspects of our work.

Child Psychiatrist 80% à 100%
Come and join our multidisciplinary team
Your Mission :
- Conduct in-depth clinical assessments on our young patients and conduct interviews with their parents or guardians
- Work closely with psychologists for clinical assessments
- Manage medical prescriptions and monitor compliance in close collaboration with nurses
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and work with the various support network
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- You are responsible for providing individual or group therapy to children and adolescents
- supervise and train the assistant doctors (interns) responsible for patient care
Your Profile:
- You hold a medical degree recognised in Switzerland (MEBEKO) and a specialist title (FMH or equivalent) in child psychiatry
- You are proficient in French (minimum C1 level)
- Good knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders
- You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and a sense of initiative and you have the ability to adapt to new situations
- Your values are centred on respect for patients and colleagues
- You hold a valid Swiss work permit / you are Swiss

Un-e infirmier-ère en pédopsychiatrie
La Consultation Libellule ouvre un nouveau poste d’un-e infirmier-ère en pédopsychiatrie 60% - 80% - CDI - Lausanne
Votre mission :
- Effectuer des suivis individuels et de groupe basés sur une approche TCC
- Participer aux colloques pluridisciplinaires
- Collaborer avec les familles et les réseaux de professionnels
- Rédaction de divers rapports
Votre profil :
- Titulaire d’un Bachelor of sciences HES-SO en soins infirmiers
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en pédopsychiatrie ou en psychiatrie
- Connaissance des troubles neurodéveloppementaux et des troubles psychiatriques
- Vous possédez des bonnes connaissances en psychopharmacologie
- Expérience dans l’animation de groupes souhaitée
- Bonne capacité de communication, d’autonomie et de travail en équipe
- Votre posture est tournée vers l'entraide et la collaboration, l'ouverture et la flexibilité
- Vous disposez des connaissances de base en bureautique et informatique
- Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit. La maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou d’une autre langue est un atout.
